Relax and have fun this week
The rhythm is gonna get you as Gloria and Emilio Estefan are honored with the Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song! The show includes performances by José Feliciano, Patti Labelle and Cyndi Lauper, as well as the cast of the couple’s Broadway hit, On Your Feet! And Gloria even duets with her daughter, Emily, to sing the Gershwin classic “Embraceable You.” Hosts Rita Moreno and Andy Garcia get in on the action too, with her singing West Side Story’s “Somewhere” and him playing the drums. Get ready to dance when the night ends with a huge samba and conga number! See it May 3.
