2 cups chopped mango 1 cup chopped pineapple 1 banana, sliced 2 cups kefir

1⁄ 2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 cups ice cubes 2 Tbs. honey

1 In blender, combine chopped mango, chopped pineapple, banana, kefir and vanilla extract; blend until thick and creamy.

2 Add ice cubes; cover. Purée until thick and smooth, adding more ice if too liquidy. Stir in honey, adding more to taste. Pour into glasses. Serves 2
