Prosciutto Sandwiches with Garlic-mayo

With shortcut garlic mayonnaise, toasted brioche rolls and savory prosciutto, our hearty twist on a BLT sandwich comes together in just 20 minutes

1⁄ 2 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. grated lemon zest 1 Tbs. lemon juice

1 small clove garlic, minced

4 brioche sandwich rolls, split and toasted

4 Bibb lettuce leaves 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

6 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic. Dividing evenly, spread mayonnaise and garlic mixture on cut sides of rolls.

Dividing evenly, arrange lettuce leaves, tomato slices and prosciutto on bottom halves of rolls; add roll tops. Transfer to serving platter. Serve immediatel­y.
