Indulge in a delicious, buttery Connecticu­t-style lobster roll!

Try your hand at this classic New England staple for a taste of Old Lyme right in the comfort of your home!

1 Tbs. sea salt

2 lobsters (11⁄2 lbs. each)

1 stick unsalted butter Juice of

1 lemon 1⁄3 tsp. paprika

4 split-top hot dog buns, toasted

Fill large pot with 2" of water. Add sea salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. Put lobsters directly in pot; cover and steam 8–10 min., until shells turn bright red.

Remove lobsters; rinse under cold water until slightly cool. Remove meat from shells and roughly chop. Melt butter in pan with lemon juice and paprika. Remove from heat; stir in lobster meat and season with salt. Divide among buns. Serve warm.
