Almond-crusted Salmon with Guacamole

2 ( 6 oz.) skin- on salmon
fillets 2 Tbs. olive oil
1⁄ 4 cup sliced almonds 1 Tbs. fresh dill 1 tsp. lemon zest
1⁄ 2 cup guacamole 6 cherry tomatoes, halved

Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Season fish with 1⁄ tsp. salt 4 and 1⁄ tsp. pepper; brush with 4 oil. Press almonds on top.

Bake on baking sheet until fish is cooked through, about 25 min.; sprinkle with dill and zest. Serve with guacamole and tomatoes. Serves 2
