“What a miracle to finally feel like myself again!”

Suzie Walter struggled to sleep for decades, until she discovered a beautiful and unique musical program that changed everything!

Tossing and turning in bed, Suzie Walter silently prayed, Please, let me get at least a few hours of sleep tonight. But, as always, she watched the hours tick by on the clock as her husband of 29 years slept soundly beside her. She already dreaded the day ahead, knowing it would be filled with overwhelming fatigue and exhaustion. Will I ever sleep through the night? she wondered helplessly.

Desperate for help

Suzie, a registered nurse for more than 34 years, had always had trouble sleeping. She worked irregular shifts, leaving her unable to maintain a normal sleep schedule. But when she started going through menopause, her sleeping patterns got worse. The hormonal changes she experienced catapulted her into the throws of insomnia that she just couldn’t seem to escape.

Working in health care, Suzie was aware of the various prescription and over-thecounter medications used to treat insomnia and had eagerly tried all of them. Some worked temporarily, but left her feeling drowsy, while others had serious side effects, like hallucinations. She also tried natural remedies like melatonin and sleeping teas. At best, she’d get two to three hours of sleep.

During these awful sleepless nights, she’d read or listen to the radio to try to calm her busy brain. But no matter what she tried, nothing seemed to work.

To make matters worse, the lack of sleep was taking a toll on Suzie’s health. She was drinking too much coffee just to stay awake through her shifts, then she’d crash in the afternoons. She’d always been a happy-golucky person, but she started feeling depressed and irritable.

I’ve got to find a way to sleep through the night. Otherwise, I don’t know what’s going to happen, Suzie thought.

Sleeping soundly Clinging to the hope that a solution was out there, Suzie

was continually researching insomnia cures. About five years ago, she stumbled across the Wholetones program, created by musician Michael S. Tyrrell. Suzie had studied music in college, so she was instantly intrigued. “He says that music played in certain frequencies with precise tempos can work with the biorhythms of the body to promote sleep,” she explained excitedly to her husband. Maybe

I’ve finally found my cure, she hoped desperately.

Praying for a miracle, Suzie purchased Wholetones: The Healing Frequency Music Project book and CD box set. The set consisted of seven CDS filled with beautiful, transformational music recorded in seven unique frequencies. The accompanying book explained the science behind the Wholetones theory.

That night, Suzie popped a CD in her player and climbed into bed. Almost instantly, she felt relaxed and was soon lulled to sleep. When the CD ended, Suzie woke, but she easily drifted off again once she changed the disc. Soon, playing her Wholetones music became a nightly ritual for Suzie. Early on, she’d still rouse a little, but over time, the episodes became fewer until she was regularly sleeping all the way through the night. The first time she woke to see the sun coming up, Suzie was stunned. Have I gone to heaven? she wondered to herself. She had never felt so renewed and revived!

It worked so well that Suzie eventually invested in the Wholetones 2Sleep device ($ 99) that plays the trademark tunes for hours on end. (A lower priced option? Download songs to your smartphone and then play on repeat.)

Today, Suzie relies on Wholetones every single night, and has been insomnia-free for more than a year. “I don’t want to say that I’m addicted, but I don’t ever want to live without it!” she exclaims. “It’s so much better than taking a sleeping drug! I sleep soundly and wake up feeling refreshed, ready and eager to face my day. What a miracle it is to finally feel like myself again!”
