Celebrate the day with no-bake strawberry cheesecake bars topped with shredded coconut, created by the Woman’s World test kitchen.
To make Coconut Cheesecake Bars: Press 1 (16.5 oz.) tube of room-temp. sugar cookie dough into greased 9" square baking pan. Bake 10–12 minutes at 350°F. Let cool on rack. Stir 10 diced strawberries into 1 (24.3 oz.) cont. of cheesecake filling. Fold in 11⁄ cups of 2 whipped topping. Spread over crust. Chill at least 2 hours. Cut into 16 bars and top with shredded coconut and sliced strawberries.
