Serve up smiles with a batch of rainbow pancakes

These rainbow short stacks are sure to brighten everyone’s morning! To do: Follow the directions on a box of pancake mix to stir up batter; divide into 6 bowls. Add a few drops of food coloring to each to make the batters different colors. Cook pancakes according to box instructions, then stack one of each color pancake on plates; top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
