Butterscotch Brownies a la Mode Tiramisu Brownies
Fudgy brownies kissed with cinnamon and butterscotch chips make the perfect base for a crave-worthy topping of triple caramel sweetness
1 (19.9 oz.) pkg. dark chocolate
brownie mix
2 eggs
1⁄ cup oil 2
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1⁄ cup butterscotch chips 2
4 cups caramel swirl ice cream, from
48- oz. cont.
11⁄ cups kettle corn popcorn 2
3⁄ cup caramel sundae syrup 4
Heat oven according to brownie mix package directions. Line 8" square baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2"; coat with cooking spray. In bowl, stir together brownie mix, eggs, oil, 1⁄ cup water and cinnamon until 4 batter forms. Stir in butterscotch chips. Spread in pan. Bake until toothpick inserted 1" from edge comes out clean, 33–35 min. Cool on rack.
When ready to serve, using foil to help, lift brownies from pan. Cut into portions and place on plates. Dividing evenly, top each brownie with ice cream, popcorn and caramel topping.

An Italian classic meets an all-american standout in this treat
Heat oven per brownie mix directions. Line 9" square baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2"; grease. Stir together brownie mix, 1⁄ cup coffee, oil and egg. Stir 3 in nuts. Spread in pan. Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out with crumbs clinging, 23–25 min. Cool.
On medium speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; beat in extract. Fold in topping. Spread half over brownies. One at a time, dip ladyfingers into remaining coffee; place on filling to cover. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over top. Cover; chill at least 4 hrs. Lift from pan. Sprinkle with cocoa. Serve portions topped with liqueur.
