Today’s the perfect day to surprise someone with an act of kindness. Chances are good they’ll pay that kindness forward, according to a new survey from Travelodge. In their “Kindness Report” survey, one-third of adults said being on the receiving end of a gesture of goodwill makes them want to go out and help others. Not sure how to pay it forward? Survey respondents said the good deeds they appreciate most include having a door opened or elevator held for them, jumping the supermarket line, receiving the right of way on the road and being complimented.
