Sheet-pan fajitas
This crowd-pleaser is packed with C-rich bell peppers and tomatoes
11⁄ lb. flank steak

8 oz. fajita marinade or sauce 3 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved 1 Tbs. olive oil
For serving: lime, Greek yogurt, s alsa, war m low- car b tor tillas
In plastic bag, marinate meat in sauce 10 min. Toss veggies in oil; season to taste. Bake meat and veggies on sheet pan at 450ºf 12–15 min., then broil 2 min. Rest steak 10 min.; cut against grain. Serves
