This eye- catching bouquet takes advantage of all the full-headed flowers in season right now, like double tulips. To do: Snip 16 to 24 double tulips to 10" and arrange stems in your hand at an angle so they form a spiral. Secure stems with a rubber band, then cut stem bottoms into a level base and stand in a low bowl. Wrap ivy and vines around bouquet to finish.
