1952Vin Brennan netted 29 points, including nine of 12 from the charity stripe, to lead Pawtucket Vocational to a 67-64 win over Sacred Heart Academy in a thrilling Class B battle. Bill Ineson hooped 17 points for coach Ted McConnon’s Vokes. Roland Benoit paced coach Leo Labossiere’s Beavers with 19 points, Roland Frechette caged 17 and Jerry Maynard added 12.

1962Leo Paquette, Gus Coelho and Frank Hill combined for 72 points as Pawtucket West chalked up its first Class A Suburban Division victory by defeating De La Salle 93-84. Paquette paced the Rangers with 28 points, Hill and Coelho pumped in 22 points apiece and Dennis Lima added 17. Scoring honors went to little Steve Grimes of the Crusaders who swished 32 points.

1972Duncan Reid and Carlo Jalette keyed a second half comeback with their rebounding and scoring as Burrillvil­le jolted Lincoln’s playoff hopes 53-37 in Class C North Division action. Jalette garnered game scoring honors with 22 points and Reid followed with 16. Rich Prive was the only Lion in double figures with 11 points.
