year’s five starters due to graduation, will select his regulars from among 6-0 Bob Johnson, 6-0 Mike Smith, 6-0 Cliff Noiseux, 5-8 Bob Bancroft, 5-11 Vic Ventura, 5-9 Ed (Sugar) Addison and 5-8 Mike Mauricio. Other candidates are juniors Denny Lucier and Al Nixon and sophomore Al Palagi.
1970 Harry Asquith, Gary Stott and Brad Seaward overcame
an 11-point deficit as Lincoln forced an overtime session with a fourth quarter comeback to gain a 60-58 win over rival Cumberland in an Injury Fund opener for both quintets. Asquith and Stott hooped 16 points apiece with Seaward close behind with 15. Jim Healy pumped in 15 points, Kevin Coleman canned 13 and Paul Peloquin collected 10 for the Clippers.
