BELLING­HAM — Al­fred G. Boucher Jr. 86, of South Main St., died Dec. 6, 2018 at the Blaire House Mil­ford. He was the hus­band of the late Priscilla (Fon­taine) Boucher.

Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Al­fred G. and Hortense (Varieur) Boucher Sr., Al­fred was an engi­neer for the for­mer Miller Elec­tric Co. for over 20 years. He was a mem­ber of the Sayles Hill Rod and Gun Club, the Nor­folk Avi­a­tor As­so­ci­a­tion and the U.S. Power Squadron. Al­fred en­joyed play­ing golf and loved to tin­ker.

He is sur­vived by his son, Mar­cel N. Boucher Sr., of Belling­ham; daugh­ters Lor­raine T. Fitts of Dou­glas, Mass. and Jan­ice C. Mai­etta of Men­don, Mass; three sis­ters, Orise Fon­taine of Alabama, An­nette Ship­ley of Wyoming, and Claudette Drainville of Rhode Is­land; nine grand­chil­dren, 16 great-grand­chil­dren, and two great-great-grand­chil­dren.

His fu­neral will be held Mon­day at 8 a.m. from the Fournier & Fournier Fu­neral Home, 463 South Main St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Chris­tian Burial at 9 a.m. in St. Blaise Church, 1158 South Main St. Belling­ham. Burial will fol­low in Res­ur­rec­tion Ceme­tery in Cum­ber­land. Vis­it­ing Hours are Sun­day from 4 to 6 p.m.
