Chop Sticks was owned by Lester Jung and his wife. At the time, there were two Chinese restaurants in the city, the Chop Sticks and the Shanghai (now Chans). Later, the Chop Sticks restaurant moved to Lower Main Street across from Hanora Lippitt Mill.
