WOONSOCKET – Who’s

“Lil Spooky?”

No one probably, but the Woonsocket Police Department is eager to learn the identity of whoever has been spray-painting the Woonsocket High School with the tag. Anyone who provides the WPD with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the culprit will get a $500 reward, according to Deputy Police Chief Michael Lemoine.

Someone spray-painted the words on Woonsocket High School on two occasions during the overnight hours, most recently on Sept. 8. The first time was Sept. 4.

Based on surveillance imagery, police say the suspect appears to be wearing a mask, a red hoodie and a black “punisher” shirt. Anyone who recognizes the clothing or the person wearing it is urged to contact Detective Sgt. Phil Kamer at 767-8860, or pkamer@woonsocketri.org.
