ARE THEY DARK CIRCLES OR BAGS?

Working Mother - - Work Forus -

If patting concealer under your eyes doesn’t make you look better-rested, you might be dealing with an entirely separate issue: eye bags. The differences:

Bags:

• Have darkness as crescent-shaped shadows

• Are swollen or puffy

• Look worse if you cover them completely in a single light concealer

Circles:

• Have darkness under the skin

• Look better with concealer (if you’re using the right color)

To hide bags,

apply concealer in a shade lighter than your skin tone only on the shadow below your eye bags. Then, top with foundation in your natural shade. This will visually flatten them out.
