In the U.S., it’s heart­break­ingly dif­fi­cult to be a work­ing mom bat­tling post­par­tum anx­i­ety, de­pres­sion or trauma. That’s es­pe­cially true if you’re African-Amer­i­can. But ad­vo­cates and sur­vivors are speak­ing out—and fight­ing back.
