In the US, primary caregivers at the insurance company are eligible for up to 16 weeks of fully paid parental, adoption and surrogacy leave, and secondary caregivers for four weeks of fully paid parental leave. Parents on leave retain full salary increases and bonuses. All employees also receive 10 days of fully paid leave annually to care for children and extended family members, including spouses, siblings and parents.
