In July 2019, the global consulting firm announced its US paid parental leave policy would expand from four weeks for primary caregivers and one week for nonprimary caregivers to 10 weeks’ gender-neutral leave for the birth or adoption of a child. The change came after employees stated the need in an engagement survey and a review of other parental policies through Working Mother.
