More women will stand up for themselves in the workplace.

Black Lives Matter became the catalyst for everyone to look around and start to be human again, not workhorses, and realize we need to have empathy for one another. The same thing happened with COVID-19 and work-life balance. It made everyone stop and say, “Wait a minute, these working moms really do have it hard.”
Given this new awareness, women will refuse to hide their personal lives as mothers. We’ll see more of them feeling confident and advocating for family-friendly benefits, even outside of flexible and remote work. Knowing the FamTech space, I hope for its integration into traditional workplace benefits packages instead of being sold a la carte to companies.
