鮮山藥100克左右的­1段、蜂蜜1大湯匙、青檸檬1個、枸杞子3克、葡萄乾3克、蘭姆酒少許。

去生,倒進黑木耳,淋上蠔油翻炒,最後倒入臘肉快炒,即可出菜。
