On a Cloud
“Ethereal” has long had its place in haute couture, most typically in delicate, highly ornamented gowns. Designers tinkered with that construct for spring, showing gentle wonders in a range of silhouettes. In the Armani Privé collection he called Nuages (Clouds), Giorgio Armani showed a series of little dresses in gentle pastels.
