Yes, just in case you spent the mid-2000s in a cave/base­ment/ en­chanted for­est, Rock­star once made an Xbox 360 sports game. A vi­tally im­por­tant one at that: Ta­ble Ten­nis started out as a tech demo for the Rock­star Ad­vanced Game En­gine (RAGE), which would go on to power GTAIV, GTAV and Red Dead Re­demp­tion.

Only two modes were present – ex­hi­bi­tion and tour­na­ment. Both are self-ex­plana­tory, and there’s not much longevity to it when re­vis­ited now, but ‘Fo­cus’ re­mains a neat fea­ture. Charge your shots and the fo­cus me­ter in­creases; when full, your shots be­come more pre­cise for a lim­ited time. A bit like John Marston in Dead Eye, but with sig­nif­i­cantly fewer bloody body parts fly­ing around.
