Greenline Yachts in Slovenia just became the world’s first boatbuilder to accept payment in bitcoin. The company sees a philosophical tie-in between its boats and the cryptocurrency: Greenline is trying to disrupt the marine industry with hybrid-power drives, just as the blockchain-based bitcoin might eventually upend the financial industry.
