The 72’s amidships master stateroom is built for comfort on longer voyages. It has a king-size berth, twin 6-foot-tall hanging lockers, and drawers to both sides of the mattress. A wine cooler just forward of the master stateroom, in the companionway, is a thoughtful detail. It’s the right place to put a favorite bottle of Châteauneuf-duPape. Keep the everyday bottles up top.
