WAHOO’S WATERSIDE BISTRO & PATIO (St. George’s): They serve wahoo every way you want—a spectacular ceviche, tacos, nuggets, sandwiches. 1609 RESTAURANT (Hamilton): I go there on Wednesday nights in the summer to watch the regatta in Hamilton Harbor. Seeing the boats all leaving at the same time, unleashing their beautiful spinnakers, is smashingly gorgeous.
