Sarasota Bay was all chop, which the Galeon 325 GTO took in stride during my time aboard. Powered by twin 350 hp Mercury Verados, the boat came on plane at about 18 knots and reached a top-end speed of 36.7 knots. The hull seemed happiest around 32 knots.
