The outer reef 650 is a long-range cruiser built for blue water. Hull construction is solid fiberglass below the waterline and PVC coring above it. Full-length longitudinal stringers and athwartships stringers add backbone. ¶ The yacht’s cruise-speed range is 9 to 15.5 knots with a top speed up to 22 knots. ¶ The 650 has a three-stateroom layout with a full-beam amidships master, a forepeak VIP and a portside guest stateroom with a double berth, all with en suite heads. ¶ At press time, six Outer Reef 650s were available, ranging from $1,595,000 to $1,795,000.
