Sliding-glass doors separate the salon from the cockpit where there’s forward-facing C-shaped seating with a dining table and space for at least three movable chairs. Owners can host at least 11 here for alfresco meals with near-270degree views at anchor. ¶ Belowdecks, there is a four-stateroom, three-head layout. The setup includes a full-beam, amidships master stateroom with a walk-around king berth athwartships and to starboard with nightstands on each side. Forward of the berth and to port is a lounge. A closet and en suite head are aft. ¶ The forepeak VIP stateroom has a queen berth. A twin-berth guest stateroom is to starboard, with a single-berth guest stateroom to port.
The en suite head for the starboard-side stateroom also serves as the day head. The engine room abaft the master stateroom provides separation for the quarters for two crewmembers far aft. ¶ The Azimut 68’s standard power is twin 1,000 hp Volvo Penta IPS1350 diesels. The builder says the yacht’s top hop is 32 knots; cruising speed is 28 knots.
