The lucky little girl in this edwin Levick photo, scarcely older than christenin­g age herself, is front and center for the christenin­g of 62-foot (18.9-meter) motoryacht Audlee. The year was 1930—one year into the Great depression. Audlee was built at robert Jacob Shipyard in City island, new York.

her owner was M.h. Weeks, who might be the man holding the girl and the Champagne.
