Nutritionists be damned. Your September/October issue proves we can only benefit with more salt (water) in our diets. One suggestion is a name change to Dudley Dawson’s Sternlines column. I had forgotten that Hatteras built commercial fishing trawlers and his mention of them reminded me of seeing them for sale in the pages of the Boats & Harbors and national Fisherman publications long ago. With Mr. Dawson’s acumen about the past, it would be entertaining for him to focus on the future and reflag “Sternlines” to “Bowlines.” Thanks Dudley.
