BILGIN DEBUTS 156 SERIES

nerissa, the first of the 47.5-meter Bilgin 156 series, has launched at the Turkish shipyard. A spokesperson for Bilgin Yachts says the vessel weighed in exactly on target and settled into her lines perfectly, with no need for ballasting. At 499 gross tons, nerissa marries bold proportions with graceful lines. Her interior is by H2 Yacht Design in London, while naval architecture is by Unique Yacht Design of Antalya, Turkey. nerissa is a full-displacement motoryacht with a high-tensile steel hull and aluminum superstructure. She’s capable of a 5,000-mile range at 12 knots and reportedly will reach a top speed of 16 knots.
