Baltic Yachts is build­ing a 146-foot (44.6-me­ter) sail­ing yacht with naval ar­chi­tec­ture by judel/vrolijk & co. The yacht— Baltic’s third-largest by vol­ume—will be con­structed us­ing epoxy Sprint and pre-preg car­bon. She will have twin rud­ders and a lift­ing keel that re­duces draft to 11 feet (3.4 me­ters).

The own­ers’ state­room and three dou­ble-berth guest state­rooms will be amid­ships and for­ward, while ac­com­mo­da­tions for seven crew in four cab­ins will be aft. notable fea­tures will in­clude a fore­deck ten­der well, a fold-over an­chor sys­tem, a lazarette, cap­tive winches and a 550-horse­power main en­gine driv­ing a for­ward-fac­ing pull pro­pel­ler that can ro­tate, elim­i­nat­ing the need for a stern thruster. balti­cy­
