Use it when… you want to cre­ate a state of fo­cus in the body, or when you’re need­ing a nudge to rise up—whether it’s first thing in the morn­ing or when dis­cour­age­ment and op­po­si­tion are ham­per­ing your ca­pac­i­ties. “I love Arise prior to morn­ing med­i­ta­tion,” says Brower. “I put a drop on the cen­ter of my fore­head and a drop on my up­per lip, just un­der my nose. It’s up­lift­ing, and makes me re­ally happy.”

Prac­tice with purpose: This scent can also be par­tic­u­larly help­ful when you’re prac­tic­ing poses you find chal­leng­ing, to feel a sense of ac­cep­tance and en­light­en­ment in the mo­ment.
