Sit in a com­fort­able seated pose. Bring your at­ten­tion to the base of your spine, and imag­ine the color red. Move your at­ten­tion to your lower belly, and en­vi­sion the color or­ange. Bring your at­ten­tion to your stom­ach, and pic­ture the color yel­low. Bring your at­ten­tion to your heart, and vi­su­al­ize the color green. Bring your at­ten­tion to your throat, and en­vi­sion the color blue. Bring your at­ten­tion to the space be­tween your eye­brows, and think of the color indigo. Lastly, bring your at­ten­tion to the top of your head, and sur­round your­self with the color vi­o­let. Linger on any ar­eas that feel blocked to re­con­nect with that chakra.
