These are the main­te­nance poses—the must-dos that ad­dress the “Oh, this feels creaky, that feels cranky” stuff. These are the poses we try to do most days be­cause we know they make us feel bet­ter and be­have a lit­tle kinder when we do.

RE­PEAT Surya Na­maskar A (Sun Sa­lute A), poses 5–12, 3 times. RE­PEAT Surya Na­maskar B (Sun Sa­lute B), adding poses 13 and 14 (both right and left side), 3 times, mov­ing with your breath.
