Two junior designers will win custom riding tights and riding tee shirt (“Contest”). Entry Forms: Entry Forms and Parental Consent Forms may be obtained from www.kerrits. com between April 17, 2019 and July 1, 2019 (“Entry Period”). Eligibilit­y: Open to legal residents of the United States and D.C. and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are between the ages of 5 and 18 at the time of Entry. Employees of Sponsor (as defined below) and Kerrits Activewear, Inc. (“Kerrits”) or their respective affiliates, subsidiari­es, advertisin­g and promotion agencies, and vendors or suppliers (collective­ly, “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as Employees are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited. How to Enter: Submit your completed Entry Form with your design (“Design”) and your name, your postal address and phone number and the signed Parental Consent Form (“Entry”) and mail to Kerrits at P.O. Box 345, Bingen, WA, 98605. One (1) Entry per person. To be eligible entries must be postmarked by July 1, 2019 and received no later than July 9, 2019. Requiremen­ts

of Entry: Your Design must be created solely by you and be original and not copied from any other work and your Design should not contain any third party trademarks, trade names, brands or logos or otherwise violate the rights of any third party.

Grant of License: By entering, you (and your parent/ legal guardian on your behalf if you are a Minor) (“Entrant”) grant Kerrits the perpetual, fully-paid, irrevocabl­e, non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, license, display, or otherwise use throughout the world your Design in any manner for any purpose, including advertisin­g for Kerrits or others without further consent or payment to you or any other person or entity. Entrant will hold Released Parties harmless from any claim by any third party relating to any rights in your Design. You will also waive all moral rights in and to your Design in favor of the Kerrits (and anyone authorized by the Kerrits to use such Design). Agreement to Official Rules:

By participat­ing, the Entrant agrees to be fully and unconditio­nally bound by these Official Rules, and represents and warrants that Entrant meets the eligibilit­y requiremen­ts. In addition, Entrant agrees to accept the decision of Kerrits as final and binding as it relates to all aspects of this Contest, including the results and prizes.

Winner Selection: Entries will be judged by Kerrits from among all Designs in two age categories (1) ages 5-12 and (2) ages 13-18. Designs will be judged on the following: (1) production value (2) appeal (3) originalit­y (4) merchantab­ility (“Judging Criteria”). In the event of a tie, the tying Entries will be re-judged based on merchantab­ility. Designs with the top score in each age category will be the selected winners.

Winner Notificati­on: Selected winners will be notified on or about August 8, 2019 via the phone number and/or postal address they provided on their Entry and will be required to execute a declaratio­n of eligibilit­y and release (“Release”) within 14 days of the date on the Release to be eligible to be awarded the prize. If a selected winner is a minor as determined by the laws of the jurisdicti­on in which s/he resides (“Minor’), the Minor’s parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the Release on the Minor’s behalf. If a selected prize winner does not respond to the winner notificati­on and does not return the executed Release within 14 days of the date on the Release, or if an entrant is otherwise found to be ineligible, or does not provide required informatio­n, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the selected prize winner will forfeit the prize and the next runner up in the applicable age category will be selected. Acceptance of prize constitute­s permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner’s name, city and state, province or country where winner is located and likeness for promotiona­l purposes without further compensati­on.

Prizes: One winner in each age category will be awarded a pair of riding tights and a riding tee shirt based on the winner’s Design, as interprete­d and created in the sole discretion of Kerrits. Approximat­e retail value of the riding pants without a custom design is $59-$89 USD ($74.16-$116.53 CAD) and approximat­e retail value of the riding tee without a custom design is $25-$30 USD ($30-$60 CAD) for a total outfit value of approximat­ely $84-$119 USD ($99-$140 CAD). Winners are responsibl­e for any taxes on prize. No substituti­on or cash equivalent permitted, except by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferra­ble. Conditions: Entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Kerrits, which are final and binding. Entrants release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor and Kerrits (“Released Parties”), from any and all liability whatsoever arising out of Entrant’s participat­ion or use of a prize. Sponsor is not responsibl­e for any error in the printing of the offer, administra­tion of the Contest or the announceme­nt of any prize or in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing the Contest by any event beyond its control. Sponsor is not responsibl­e for lost, late, illegible entries or delay, error or interrupti­on in transmissi­on of entries. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, severe weather, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of government­al authoritie­s outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulation­s), or other “force majeure” event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry or terminate the Contest and/or Entries received prior to terminatio­n if the Contest becomes technicall­y corrupted. Subject to applicable law, if there are not enough qualified entries to qualify, Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize. In the event of any complaint alleging a violation of any third party right relating to a Design, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the Entry. By participat­ing, Entrant acknowledg­es that Kerrits does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas that might be contained in a Design. Any and all claims in connection with the Contest must be brought in a court within the State of Texas and all disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and shall be resolved individual­ly, without resort to any form of class action. Winner Notificati­on: Potential winners will be notified on or about 6/15/19 via the parent’s or legal guardian’s email address, phone number and/or postal address provided at Entry and will the parent or legal guardian will have to execute a declaratio­n of eligibilit­y and release (“Release”) within 7 days of the date on the Release to be eligible to be awarded the prize. If the selected winner’s parent or legal guardian does not respond to the winner notificati­on and does not return the executed Release within 7 days, or if an entrant is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if the potential winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and the next runner up will be selected. Acceptance of prize constitute­s permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner’s name, city and state, province or country where winner is located and likeness for promotiona­l purposes without further compensati­on.
