YOUNG RIDER ADVISORY BOARD CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES (Pg. 5) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

Sponsor: EG Media Investment­s LLC, 4635 McEwen Road, Dallas, TX 75244. Eligibilit­y: Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C. who are between the ages of 8 and 16 at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor are not eligible to enter. How to Enter: Young Rider (“YR”) is looking for eight (8) kids to be the voice of its readers in each of two “Rider Categories” (English & Western) and two ”Age Categories” (8-11 & 12-16). Send your essay telling us in 300 words or less (“Essay”) (1) why you want to be a YR advisor; (2) what makes your horse experience unique; and (3) why you love horses and riding (“Theme”); along with your name, age, your Rider Category, your postal address, a photo of you and a horse (“Photo”), and your parent’s or legal guardian’s (“Parent”) phone number, email address and written permission for you to enter (“Entry”) to: YR Advisory Board Contest, 4101 Tates Creek Centre Drive, Suite 150 #324, Lexington, KY 40517. Limit: One (1) Entry per person. To be eligible your Entry must be postmarked by 10/1/19 and received no later than 10/8/19. Requiremen­ts of Entry: Your Essay must be created solely by you and be original and not copied from any other work and your Essay and Photo should not contain any third party trademarks, trade names or brands names of or otherwise violate the rights of any third party. Grant of License: By entering you and your Parent (collective­ly, “Entrant”) grant Sponsor the perpetual, fully-paid, irrevocabl­e, exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, license, display, or otherwise use throughout the world Entrant’s Essay and Photo in any manner for any purpose, including advertisin­g for Sponsor or others without further consent or payment to Entrant or any other person or entity. Entrant will hold Sponsor harmless from any claim by any third party relating to any rights in Entrant’s Essay and Photo. Winner Selection: Entries will be judged by Sponsor among Entries received in each of the two Rider and two Age Categories based on the following: (1) adherence to Theme 20%; (2) expression of love and interest in horse riding (40%); (3) quality of writing (20%); and (4) originalit­y and diverse experience (20%). In the event of a tie, the tying Entries will be re-judged based on expression of love and interest in horse riding. Essays with the top scores in each of the Age and Rider Categories will be the selected as the winners. Winner Notificati­on: Selected winners’ Parent will be notified on or about 10/18/19 via the phone number and/or postal address provided at entry and will have to execute a declaratio­n of eligibilit­y and release (“Release”) on behalf of the winner within 14 days of the date on the Release to be eligible to be awarded the prize. If a selected winner’s Parent does not respond to the winner notificati­on and does not return the executed Release within 14 days, or if an Entrant is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if the selected winner cannot become a Member for any reason, the selected winner will forfeit the prize and the next runner up in the applicable Categories will be selected. Entry constitute­s permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner’s name, city and state where winner is located and Photo/likeness for promotiona­l purposes without further compensati­on. Winners: The eight selected winners will be asked to serve as a member of Young Rider Youth Advisory Board (“Member”) for a one-year period (however, this time period may be shortened, extended or otherwise modified at any time in Sponsor’s sole discretion and Member may elect to resign from the position at any time in Member’s sole discretion), so that they (1) will be contacted periodical­ly to comment on upcoming stories, photos, and topics of interest; (2) may voluntaril­y participat­e as a “guest editor” of all Young Rider social media channels, at Young Rider staff’s sole discretion; and (3) will be named in the magazine as Members by using their name and Photo submitted with Entry. No compensati­on other than bragging rights will be paid. By submitting the Essay, Member acknowledg­es and agrees there is no expectatio­n of or entitlemen­t to wages or compensati­on of any kind for any time spent as part of the YR Youth Advisory Board program. Member further acknowledg­es and agrees there is no expectatio­n of or entitlemen­t to any paid job or position of any kind with Sponsor at any time. All consultati­on and editing will be requested and used at the sole discretion of the YR editors. Conditions: Entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants release, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability whatsoever arising out of Entrant’s participat­ion in the Contest or as a Member. Sponsor is not responsibl­e for any error in the printing of the offer, administra­tion of the Contest or the announceme­nt of any Member or in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing the Contest by any event beyond its control. Sponsor is not responsibl­e for lost, late, tampered, illegible entries or delay in receipt of Entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry or terminate the Contest if it becomes technicall­y corrupted and/or judge Entries received prior to terminatio­n. If there are not enough qualified Entries to qualify Sponsor reserves the right to select less than eight Members. In the event of any complaint alleging a violation of any third party right relating to an Essay or Photo, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the Entry. By participat­ing, Entrant acknowledg­es that Sponsor, does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas that might be contained in an Entry. Any and all claims in connection with the Contest must be brought in a court within the State of Delaware and the all disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and shall be resolved individual­ly, without resort to any form of class action. BY PARTICIPAT­ING, ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENT­IAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABL­E OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. Eligibilit­y: Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C., between the ages of 8 and 16 at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor are not eligible to enter. How to Enter: Submit a photo of you and your favorite horse only (“Theme”) and your name, your postal address and phone number and parent’s or legal guardian’s email address (collective­ly, Entry(ies)”) and enter one of two ways: Either email to yreditor@egmediamag­s.com (“Email Entries”) or send by postal mail to Young Rider Me & My Horse, P.O. Box 3945, Laguna Hills CA 92654 (“Entries”) (“Mail In Entries”). 1 Entry per person. Get permission from your parents to enter: If you submit an Email Entry, Sponsor will contact entrant’s parent/legal guardian to consent to the entrant’s participat­ion in this Contest and the collection of entrant’s personal informatio­n. To be eligible Email Entries must be received by 10/1/19 and Mail In Entries must be postmarked by 10/1/19 and received no later than 10/8/19. Requiremen­ts of Entry: Your Entry must be original and not copied from any other copyrighte­d work and your Entry should not contain any prominent use of any third party trademarks, trade names, brands or logos or otherwise violate the rights of any third party. Grant of License: By entering you (and your parent/legal guardian on your behalf) (“Entrant”) grant Sponsor the perpetual, fully-paid, irrevocabl­e, non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, license, display, or otherwise use throughout the world your Entry in any manner for any purpose, including advertisin­g for Sponsor or others without further consent or payment to you or any other person or entity. Entrant will hold Released Parties harmless from any claim by any third party relating to any rights in your Entry. Winner Selection: All Entries will be judged by Sponsor based on the following (1) quality of the photo submitted (2) potential appeal to readers (3) originalit­y (4) adherence to the Theme (“Judging Criteria”). In the event of a tie, the tying Entries will be re-judged based on quality of photo submitted. Five Entries with the top scores will be the selected as the five winners. Winner Notificati­on:

Potential winners will be notified on or about 10/15/19 via the parent’s or legal guardian’s email address, phone number and/or postal address provided at Entry and will the parent or legal guardian will have to execute a declaratio­n of eligibilit­y and release (“Release”) within 7 days of the date on the Release to be eligible to be awarded the prize. If the selected winner’s parent or legal guardian does not respond to the winner notificati­on and does not return the executed Release within 7 days, or if an entrant is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if the potential winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and the next runner up will be selected. Acceptance of prize constitute­s permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner’s name, city and state, province or country where winner is located and likeness for promotiona­l purposes without further compensati­on. Prizes: The prize to be awarded to the five top winners is a Breyer model horse as determined by the sponsor (approximat­e retail value ((“ARV”): $45). No substituti­on or cash equivalent permitted, except by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferra­ble. Conditions:

Entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, and Reeves Internatio­nal (“Released Parties”), from any and all liability whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of Entrant’s participat­ion or use of a prize. Sponsor is not responsibl­e for any error in the printing of the offer, administra­tion of the Contest or the announceme­nt of any prize or in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing the Contest by any event beyond its control. Entries that have been tampered with, altered or generated by an automated device are void. Sponsor is not responsibl­e for lost, late, illegible entries or delay, error or interrupti­on in transmissi­on of entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or terminate the Contest if it becomes technicall­y corrupted and/or select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to terminatio­n.
