Located at the northeast corner of 16th Street and Interstate 8,Yuma Palms Regional Center features more than 490,000 square feet of department and specialty stores,restaurants and entertainment,as well as walkways,plazas and gathering areas that invite social interaction.
Yuma Palms Regional Center encompasses four main shopping districts: a village, a power center, a regional center and a restaurant row.All districts are interconnected through shaded pedestrian walkways, which are segmented by small, grassy plazas with sitting benches and water features.

THE FOOTHILLS
What started as Hank Schechert’s vision of a recreational vehicle and mobile home community for winter visitors has expanded to a virtual suburb of Yuma, complete with all the amenities you’ll need during your visit in Yuma. While many of the local shops and businesses still cater to our winter visitors, you’ll find more, from swap meets, to groceries and other basics,to gifts and places to pamper yourself.
YUMA MESA SHOPPING CENTER
A longtime hub of shopping in the area, Yuma Mesa Shopping Center, located on the southeast corner of 4th Avenue and 16th Street,features Del Sol grocery store, numerous shops, and places to get a bite to eat, including Dog Haus and Dunkin Donuts.
LAS PALMILLAS SHOPPING CENTER
Located on Castle Dome Avenue, just north of the Yuma Palms Regional Shopping Center, Las Palmillas in 2017 welcomed as a new tenant Sportsman’s Warehouse,an outdoor sporting goods retailer. Other tenants include Hobby Lobby, Planet Fitness, Bed Bath & Beyond and Mr. B’s Bicycles.
THE BIG CURVE
Located in the bend in the road where 32nd Street and 4th Avenue join, the Big Curve features several restaurants, an Albertson’s grocery store and a wide variety of other businesses.
