As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders.
If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Richard de La Hoya Jr. — Male, 38. Height 5 feet 5 inches, weight 140 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Richard Delahoya-Aguirre; Ricardo. Tattoos: Theoin on chest, “DLH” on left ankle, “SOMA” on left finger, 3 dots and “SX3” on right ankle, and “De La Hoya” on right shoulder. His probation violation is for the original conviction of count two: possession of drug paraphernalia involving meth, a class 6 felony.
• Alma Cynthia Cazares — Female, 31. Height 5 feet 1 inch, weight 150 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Alma Cynthia Olan. Tattoos: Eyebrows on the face, bow tie on left leg, flower on left shoulder, “Drifter” on left wrist, bow tie on right leg, and leopard print on right shoulder. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of count one: theft of means of transportation, a class 3 felony.
• Francisco Javier Lemus — Male, 20. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 240 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Francisco Bello. His probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one: possession of marijuana, a class 6 felony.
• Nayeli Cruz Ortiz — Female, 23. Height 5 feet 1 inch, weight 160 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Aliases: “Naye.” Her probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one: solicitation to commit shoplifting, a class 6 undesignated offense.
