As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Dallas Rey Padilla — Male, 19. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 195 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Rhoda Padilla. His probation violation is for the original conviction of count two, unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle, a class 5 felony, and amended count one, criminal trespass in the first degree, a class 6 felony.
• Cesar Eduardo Hernandez-Ramirez — Male, 33. Height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 270 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: Face, barbed wire and “Fatima” on right arm, “Guadalupe” on left arm, “Chavinda” on left calf, and “Michoacan” on right calf. His probation violation is for the original conviction of modified count one: criminal simulation, a class 6 felony.
• Alberto Hernandez — Male, 32. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 250 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Beto Hernandez. His probation violation is for the original conviction of amended count one, attempted burglary in the third degree, a class 5 felony.
• Colton Robert Shaver — Male, 25. Height 5 feet 5 inches, weight 128 pounds. Blonde hair, Hazel eyes. Tattoos: “Shaver” on right arm, heart on left hand. His probation violation is for modified count three, attempted theft, a class 6 felony; and, modified count two, facilitation of theft, a class 6 felony.
