As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Jessica Tara Webb — Female, 34. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 130 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Jessica Pappan; Erin Delarm. Tattoos: “Native Pride” on the back, “Quechan” on the right forearm, “Try Me” on the chest, “Mohave” on the left arm and symbols on the face. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted unlawful use of means of transportation, a Class 6 felony.
• Julio Cesar Gaxiola Jr. — Male, 27. Height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 183 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Julian Cachora; Christian Gaxiola. Tattoos: and “NP” on the neck.. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted aggravated domestic violence, a Class 6 felony.
• James Earl Griffin — Male, 31. Height 6 feet 5 inches, weight 325 pounds. Brown hair, green eyes. Alias: “big Jim”. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted aggravated assault, a Class 4 felony.
• Teresa Prieto — Female, 25. Height 5 feet 4 inches, weight 130 pounds. Blond hair, brown eyes. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of the criminal simulation, a Class 6 felony.
