As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Robert Patrick Teeter — Male, 53. Height 5 feet 6, weight 140 pounds. Gray hair, hazel eyes. Aliases: Robert P. Clifton. Tattoos: “RC” on the right hand. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a Class 6 felony.
• Gilberto Escamilla — Male, 26. Height 5 feet 10 inches, weight 157 pounds. Brown hair, Brown eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted shoplifting with two or more priors, a Class 5 felony.
• Todd Williamson Dorris — Male, 40. Height 6 feet 1 inches, weight 165 pounds. Red hair, blue eyes. Tattoos: Celtic symbol on the right elbow, and a ram on the right shoulder. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted possession of a dangerous drug, a Class 5 felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia Involving methamphetamine, a Class 6 felony.
• Jillian Adele Ferguson — Female, 48. Height 5 feet, weight 200 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: Jillian Adele Skaggs. Tattoos: peace sign on back of neck. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted possession of dangerous drugs, a Class 5 felony.
