As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Javier Hernandez Jr. — Male, 35. Height 6 feet 2 inches, weight 187 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Alias: Javier Gonzalez Hernandez. Tattoos: “HERNANDEZ” on the back. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of a dangerous drug, a Class 4 felony.
• Christian Gomez — Male, 21. Height 5 feet 9 inches, weight 156 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Aliases: “Lil C Gomez.” Tattoos: unknown marking on the throat, “A” on the left arm, “Z” on the right arm and “cleotitilde” on the left hand. His probation violation is for the original conviction of taking the identity of another person, a Class 4 felony.
• Elizabeth Nicole Spann — Female, 31. Height 4 feet 11 inches, weight 120 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Elizabeth Ochoa. Tattoos: “LOVE” on the left wrist, “Believe” on the right wrist, and an angel on the back. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a Class 6 felony.
• Kenneth Chester Newell — Male, 30. Height 6 feet 1 inches, weight 147 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: rosary on the neck; cross, band and skull on the shoulder; a star on the left elbow, and “M.O.B.” on the right forearm. His probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine, a Class 6 felony.
