Time to realize humans are cause of happenings

-

It’s become daily that we are hearing of animals attacking people, the sharks going wild and coming closer to shore all the time. Where scientists and others have come up with their own thoughts as to why this is happening, I’ve got my own ideas.

I will always believe it is due to our invading their space which continually causes them to move further and further out from those areas they were once adjusted to.

As to the sharks and millions of dead fishes showing up on our beaches, it’s my belief that this can all be blamed on the pollution mankind has caused.

Imagine yourself having come from a clean environment and suddenly you are surrounded by tons of garbage including plastic. Now tell me how we would react? It’s the same in areas of our inner cities where poverty often exists. The end result is individuals lashing out and feeling locked into a system which was never their fault.

Now imagine yourself being raised in complete poverty and while you’re walking down the sidewalk, you see someone drive by in a fancy new car. Something you yourself can never imagine owning.

I would presume that it’s like having something rubbed in your face to where you reach the point of hopelessness.

When mankind comes to realize that we ourselves are the cause of all which is happening, and quit seeking after outside answers, we will begin to have a better understanding of things. JIMMY LUHM Yuma
