BOS plans an auction of property
The Yuma County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to auction off an excess property it owns at 12107 S. Sandra Drive in the Foothills during its Monday meeting.
The 11,560 square-foot parcel with a doublewide trailer was purchased for a street improvement project on 40th Street between Avenue 12E and Foothills Boulevard, and is no longer needed.
The appraised value of the land is $60,000 and the minimum bid will be $54,000.
