West Texas A&M is in Canyon, Texas, which is just outside of Amarillo. They compete in NCAA Division II and are among the top programs there.

The Buffaloes are currently ranked ninth nationally and they finished seventh at the Division II championships last May.

Once she gets to school she plans on majoring in business management with a minor in agriculture business for the wide

scope those two offer.

“I’ve always thought about if I had a business management degree in my background, if I wanted to do anything in life I could with something like that. I always thought about that since I’ve been in like seventh grade,” she said.
