Yuma’s County’s Most Wanted
As a public service, the Yuma Sun is publishing the names and photographs of the following people sought by the Yuma County Adult Probation Department or the U.S. Marshals Service as probation absconders. If you have information that would lead to the arrest of any of them, call surveillance officer Frank Silva at (928) 373-1690. If you know any of their immediate locations, call local law enforcement agencies or dial 911. Do not attempt to apprehend them yourself.
• Jennifer Lynn Covington — female, 29. Height 5 feet 3 inches, weight 130 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Alias: Jennifer Lynn Gomez. Tattoos: “Arick” on the left ankle, “LLRY” on the left finger, a rose on left forearm, butterfly on the neck, and a red flower on the right ear. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony.
• Isabelle Nicole Ornelas — female, 23. Height 5 feet 6 inches, weight 235 pounds. Brown hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: “One Love” on the right wrist. “Nate” on the left arm and “Juan” on the left wrist. Her probation violation is for the original conviction of aggravated assault, a Class 6 felony, and theft of means of transportation, a Class 3 felony.
• Justin Ryan Miller — male, 36. Height 6 feet, weight 180. Gray hair, blue eyes. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted shoplifting, a Class 5 felony.
• Vincent Hayes — Male, 22. Height 6 feet, weight 220 pounds. Black hair, brown eyes. Tattoos: cross, river, people, “D,” “H” and Cocopah” on the face, and marijuana plant, “KWAPA,” “goat man” and “WV” on the neck. His probation violation is for the original conviction of attempted shoplifting, a Class 5 felony.
